When purchasing the Rincoe Mechman 80W tube mod kit it will arrive in a black presentation box with a picture of the device on top. Inside you will find the mod itself as well as the Tank fitted with the 0.25 Ohm single mesh coil inside. You also get a spare 0.2 Ohm dual mesh coil, an extra bubble glass tube, a charging cable, the user manual and spare O-rings.

There are two available colors: Matte Black and Gun Metal and in our opinion the device looks great in both.

The design of the Rincoe Mechman 80W vape pen

The Rincoe Mechman 80W vape pen will make a very strong first impression in terms of its size. It measures 131mm with the tank on and has a diameter of 27mm. On close inspection it is very similar to a 21700 mech mod, only this one is powered by a 18650 battery. It also has a reasonable amount of weight to it, however it feels nice and balanced in the hand. The device reminds us of the Uwell Nunchaku, which is also an 80W tubular vape, with adjustable wattage.

The Rincoe Mechman 80W vape has a spring loaded 510 connector on top, which can also take other 25 - 26mm tanks or RDAs without overhang. The 0.19-inch OLED display is placed towards the bottom and the fire button towards the top.

To access the battery compartment you need to unscrew the bottom cap. The kit doesn't include a battery so you will need to purchase it separately. You can then recharge it with either a desktop vape battery charger, or you can use the provided micro-USB cable and do it while the cell is still inside.

Features of the Rincoe Mechman 80W vape

The Rincoe Mechman 80W vape is a variable wattage pen that also does Temperature Control and Bypass. There are dedicated presets for Nickel, Titanium and Stainless Steel and you can even adjust the watts in TC mode. Bypass is for when you want to use the device as a mechanical mod, where it will automatically adjust the output depending on the resistance of the coil.

You can adjust the power between 1 - 80W, and the vape will fire down to 0.08 Ohms in variable wattage mode. When you switch to TC it can fire down to 0.05 Ohms, however 0.15 Ohms seems to be the recommended value inside the user manual.

The device also comes with numerous safety features. These include overheating protection, reverse battery protection, short-circuit protection, and low voltage protection.

The included Rincoe Mesh Tank

The Rincoe Mesh Tank included with this kit has a maximum capacity of 4.5ml of e-liquid. It features slide to unlock top fill as well as adjustable airflow. The 810 style drip tip is made from resin and feels very comfortable to the lips.

There are two types of coils compatible with the Rincoe Mechman 80W vape pen. First we have the 0.25 Ohm single mesh atomizer, which is great for flavor and then we have the 0.20 Ohm dual mesh atomizer which is better for clouds. Both these coils provide a very good overall experience, however we feel the flavor is a bit better on the 0.25 Ohm version.

Performance and final thoughts on the Rincoe Mechman 80W vape pen

The Rincoe Mechman 80W is a variable wattage vape pen that’s fun to use, consistent and well built. It’s one of the few vapes in its category which offers fully adjustable wattage, temperature control and an OLED display and the overall experience is very good. The mesh coils are excellent for flavor and clouds and they cope well with high VG juices.

The only con we have is with the dim display. This is hard to read even indoors, not to mention in bright sunlight.
