The user interface on these new mods is super nice, and if you're a fan of LEDs you're going to love the SMOK Veneno 225W TC starter kit. This Transformers / sports car inspired device looks brilliant and it's packed with all sorts of lights. The treat thing about it is that they managed to put an LED even inside the tank. This way it's not only going to just match the mod with its different color O-rings, but it's also going to light up each time you take a puff.
Great performance
Beautiful design
Customizable LED lights
Great sub ohm tank includedÂ
Can't turn off tank's LED lightÂ
Similar in performance to most newly released SMOK mods
Veneno design and features
The vape mod measures 85mm x 47mm x 30.5mm and weights around 180g. On top we have a good quality stainless steel 510 connector, with a spring loaded center pin. It can fit atomizers up to 26mm in diameter without any overhang. The fire button or bar is place on the side, and the display, adjustment buttons and micro-USB slot on the front. The battery door has a nice hinged bottom latch mechanism and doesn't rattle. This device takes two high drain 18650 cells, which are not included with the kit.
Seven big LEDs
One of the key features of the SMOK Veneno 225W TC starter kit is its LEDs. There are a total of seven V-shaped LEDs on the mod – two on the front and five in the back – and you can select from different colors and gradients. The tank is also fitted with an LED light under the base O-ring which will light up at the same time as the mod. These lights are easily customize able and there's also the option to turn them off completely. Unfortunately, the tank LED doesn't have a turn off function. The power range on this vape mod is between 1 – 225W and it also does temperature control and TCR. It comes with a lovely 0.96" OLED display and menu and functionality are almost identical to the Majesty kit. The chip is very responsive, TC mode works flawlessly and they are a bunch of protections and safety features to keep you out of harm's way.
Comes with the TFV8 Light Baby Beast tank
The TFV8 Light Baby Beast is a mighty performer when it comes to clouds and flavor and comes with a built-in LED. The LED will light up the O-rings each time you press the fire button and that's pretty cool the first few times vaping with the kit. After a while though it tends to get quite annoying and there's no option to turn it off. We would have preferred a regular Baby Beast tank.
Performance and final words on the SMOK Veneno vape
Performance-wise the SMOK Veneno 225W TC starter kit looks great, feels great and vapes great! Build quality is top notch, there's no rattle and the LED lights are a nice touch. It's a highly customizable device, and apart from the tank LED we couldn't find any cons with it. Has that nice sports car vibe to it and feels so nice in the hand.

My TFVA Big Baby Light Edition Tank , will not light up like it is suppose to. Before i bought a new coil it light up with every use but now it will not. Please help me fix this problem.
Hi brianna angelina, Unfortunately LEDs are not very reliable, especially if some e-liquid accidentally got into the slot. Not sure what advice to give you! Try contacting the vendor to ask for a replacement. Or try to throughly clean the base of the tank with a rolled piece of paper towel. Hope it works! Regards, Sam
