The MigVapor Khan will arrive in a standard MigVapor cardboard presentation box. Inside you will find the herb vaporizer itself, the glass mouthpiece, a bubbler attachment, a cleaning brush, a pair of tweezers, the micro-USB charge cable, some alcohol tissues and the user manual.
There are two available colors to choose from - Black and Red - and they both look sleek and very enjoyable.
Design of the Khan vaporizer
The Khan vaporizer has a modern design, with the housing being made of high quality aluminum. The design of the device looks a bit similar to the Migvapor Herb e vaporizer but the materials used are slightly different. On the front side we can clearly see the snake logo, which was custom made for MigVapor by artist L. Gardini. Underneath the snake we have the LED display and the on/off/adjustment button. The micro-USB slot is located on the base of the device.
The standard mouthpiece is made from glass and it’s connected to a threaded metal base. This screws into the body just above the oven and doesn't use magnets or press fittings like all the other vaporizers we tested.
You also get a free bubbler attachment as a bonus, and this offers even smoother vapor and a richer experience than the standard mouthpiece.
Main features of the Khan dry herb vaporizer
The MigVapor Khan vaporizer is one-button-operation device that features full temperature control. To turn the Khan on or off just press the button for five consecutive times. The notification light will blink and the vaporizer will automatically start to heat up to the selected temperature. You can easily switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius by pressing the same button three times.
To select another temperature you need to keep the button pressed for 3 seconds. Then press it gently for 1F/1C increments or press and hold for 50F increments. When you reached the desired temperature just release the button and the LED light will blink green for a couple of seconds.
Once the Khan is ready to be used the light will turn green and it will vibrate slightly. Each session lasts for 5 minutes, and you are able to enjoy at least 10 - 12 such sessions on a single charge.
Charging takes between 2 - 3 hours and you won’t be able to use the device while it’s plugged in.
We also recommend cleaning your vaporizer after each 1 or 2 sessions. Proper maintenance will prolong its lifespan. Just use the brush inside the chamber and some alcohol tissues for best results.
Performance of the MigVapor Khan
The MigVapor Khan is a reliable, relatively easy to use dry herb vaporizer with very good battery life. It features fully adjustable temperature control, a generous ceramic chamber, vibration feedback and an all glass mouthpiece. The included bubble attachment helps cool down the vapor even further and accounts for a smoother overall experience.
The main con we have is with the temperature adjustment process, which can be quite a pain until you get used to the button.
